You have 30 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, selected wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN during checkout. You will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are unable to refund any electrical parts, painted parts, fluids or VIN-coded parts such as keys.
Any items that are not in the original condition and packaging are not returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it was our mistake). There will be no returns on orders when a valid VIN is not provided, or when a VIN is provided and you are retrofitting parts that don't originally belong on the vehicle. We strongly recommend you insure your return package to the correct value to protect against shipping damages. We will not accept a return on item(s) damaged during installation or during return shipping.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for us to check in the return and apply the credit back to you. It can take a few business days for the credit to post to your account depending upon your banking establishment.
