We do NOT ship windshields/glass, batteries, large body panels, bumpers or airbags. These items are available for pickup only.

All orders will receive an automated order confirmation as well as a personal email notifying you of the expected shipment date and if any part of your order is being ordered in from our warehouse.  You will also receive a shipment confirmation email from either UPS or USPS with tracking information.  Your online order status will be updated to a 'completed/shipped' status.  Typical orders can be expected to ship within 2-3 business days if not sooner.  If you order a part that comes from our warehouse in Germany please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. (You will be notified of any of these delays via email) We do not charge any handling fee for your order.

Freight Forwarding Companies

TheBMWMinipartstore will not be held responsible for damage or errors occurred by a Freight Forwarding company when parts are sent outside of the U.S. The use of these companies are at the risk of the user. 


Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days Monday – Friday 8am -5pm with the exception of special order parts from our warehouse in Germany.


We exclusively ship with UPS and USPS within the United States only.  At this time we do not ship internationally.

Exclusions and Requirements

*It is important to provide us with an accurate email address to ensure we can contact you if there are any questions with your order.  This is for your protection as well as ours.

*You must provide a valid US shipping address.

* We do not ship any Hazmat items. We DO NOT ship batteries or windshields.

*We will not be involved in any way with any illegal activity regarding parts sold by TheBMWMiniPartStore.com. If the Buyer intends to participate in any exporting of these items after receipt from us, it is the Buyer's responsibility to follow all government policies and we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen orders after the order has reached the original US destination. We will not devalue or misdeclare any information for customs/exporting. An invoice will be included with ALL ORDERS, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

* By using and purchasing through our site, you agree to all Shipping Policies, and are not entitled to discounts, or any other compensation as a result of late shipment.
